This guide details the exact system I use for scaling paid media with AI visuals.

The system consists of four grades:

  1. Static Ads (for rapid testing of ideas & angles)
  2. Animated Ads (to scale spend on winning statics while reducing ad fatigue)
  3. Video Ads (turn winning concepts into video format)
  4. Iterations (turn one video into unlimited concepts - this is where you scale)

  1. Analyse [your brand]’s [your product] product page

  2. Group the findings into distinct motivation or pain-point buckets

  3. For each bucket produce 40 scroll-stopping one-liner headlines that work as static ads— concise, emotional, and benefit-driven. Consider the brand’s tone of voice and use real customer language from the reviews.

  4. Output a CSV in markdown table format with the following columns:

Grade 2 | Animated Ads

Let’s take your winning hook + visual combinations from your static ads and create animated variations.

This allows you to scale spend on winning angles, while minimising ad fatigue.
